Here is a rare find, I have a 1966 Fender Telecaster's original parts from the same guitar; pickups, control plate with original Stackpole pots that date to the 31st week (August 1st-7th) of 1966, capacitor, 3-way switch and knobs. It is original from a 1966 Telecaster and has the very rare 4 ply White Black White Pearl with the 8 screw ??all screws are original and included. This is a very clean example that is not shrunk in any way like some of them. Fender did this exact type type of guard on their 1963 thru 1968 telecasters. Es handelt sich um eine der äußerst seltenen 1959'er Telecaster Top Loader Bridges die leider irgendwann in den 80'ern mit 6 Einzelsaddles aus den frühen siebziger Jahren modifiziert wurde.
Dazu sind leider sechs zusätzliche Bohrungen angebracht worden. Teilweise wurde die Kante oben dabei beschädigt ( siehe Fotos ) und deshalb wurde eine zusätzliche Blende angebracht
Die originalen Saddles und Schrauben von 1959 sind allerdings mit dabei falls jemand das zurückbauen möchte ... more

This is an original Fender bridge cover from the early to mid '60s. It does not have the early to mid '50s solder mark. It was originally on a 1960s Telecaster that I bought in the 1970s, but I don't know the history prior to that.
