Hi Yes Winter is here ,and I'm back with still more stuff from a long closed (17 years ) New England Luthier / vintage guitar shop.
Today I have a pair of tailpiece studs and bushings. The bag this was found in read Epiphone Wilshire thin solid body electric 1965, but I have no way of verifying this. What I can say is the bushings are short, there is hardly any plating left on the tops. , I think the Epiphone guitars were only 1 1 / 2" thick. Thinner than Gibson solid bodies.... more

Today I have a working vintage Gibson / Epiphone Mini humbucker That reads 6 73K The lead is about12 inches. and the cover is chrome . Making me think it was a neck position pickup This one has long legs, my pickup guy says it will only work in archtops or hollow bodies . He says the long legs can't be modified without great risk.
