    Fender USA '52 Reissue Telecaster Pickguard

    It is an accurate , official part used by the factory to build the USA '52 Reissue Fender Telecaster model.Fender shows this part applicable to all USA Fender '52 Reissue models produced from 1982 through and including the 1998 model year .This part is also applicable to certain other Fender models. The material , fit and finish are genuinely accurate and correct .

    Original 52 pickguard

    Looks like original equipment. The material is low tech not gloss black pvc more like bakalite so fits my NOS tele well. However they are three times the price of a modern copy.

    Correct Part. Correct Look.

    This Fender-made blackshield, bakelite or not, is the only way to go. The other 1-ply pickguards on the market are the wrong levels of gloss. If you're picky (no pun intended) about your Tele, your shopping ends here!
