59 dollars worth of shipping order arrived 8 days late. Seller was rude terrible communication skills. All his remarks were smart. Asked if turbo grip would be included with ball buyer stated if I was referring to inserts that they would be. However the inserts didn’t come with the ball. Poorly packaged

The pics show that the finger inserts weren't in the ball so why would you expect them? I thought you were asking about the Turbo IT anchor in the thumb which is still there.
It was packaged in the box I received it in and I added a protective cover
