Received this item (Mandala) COMPLETELY broken on every point, pieces were not even in the box so it was broken when they shipped it. They wanted me to send it and first offered a $4 refund, I refused and told them I would take it up with eBay. A week later they offered a 50% refund. I accepted because something is better than nothing. I knew better than to return it, they would just perpetuate this same scam on the next person. They still made money off the sale.
