The good: Product inside box is new and functions as it should. The not so good: Said it was in NJ, but came from CA. Double boxing would have been nice considering bought as brand new; product box a bit beat up from 3000 mile trip. Also, a simple "Hey, thanks for your purchase" "Hope it arrived ok" type of communication would have been appreciated seeing how it was a $500 plus transaction after tax. BTW, I would have paid extra for double boxing.

    Excellent pickups from an American Company for a change!

    Excellent pickups with an excellent price (open box) This is my seventh set, I use these to upgrade guitar pickups and all of my customers are thrilled. I have some in a few of my guitar as well. A great choice for man styles of music!
