The good: Product inside box is new and functions as it should. The not so good: Said it was in NJ, but came from CA. Double boxing would have been nice considering bought as brand new; product box a bit beat up from 3000 mile trip. Also, a simple "Hey, thanks for your purchase" "Hope it arrived ok" type of communication would have been appreciated seeing how it was a $500 plus transaction after tax. BTW, I would have paid extra for double boxing.

    Sounds Good...Maybe a little more quality control is in order

    Sounds really good. 4 stars because the bridge pickup has a loose coil winding sticking out the side 1/8" or so. You would think QC would see something like that? Maybe if was Friday afternoon. Just don't pull on it. Will be replacing that with a humbucker anyway. So yeah, Pickups sound nice and the cost to purchase all parts individually makes this a good deal.

    Great product

    I was on the fence about this I wanted the specials but after researching alittle I pulled the trigger. Wow was I surprised. I am just starting to learn guitar building. The sound is that stellar strat sound but the highs aren't overbearing. But the volume knob is so responsive that there is a lot of sounds. Great set.
