Amp was received quickly in spite of dreadful service from the courier (not the sellers fault). Unable to resolve issues with operation of the amp & seller offered a refund which I accepted. Amp arrived back at seller undamaged via Parcelforce.

Turns out there was nothing wrong with the amplifier, Ebay refused to remove this feedback as they consider it fair, I guess someone trying to get money out of me to repair something that was not broken could be considered in most law courts as fraud .However it would appear that ebay supports fraud as well as selling counterfeit goods. Unfortunately Ebay customer services have not comeback to me despite numerous calls to them requesting a manager call meEbay seems to have Zero accountability

This seller declined my offer to send a video of the problem & now is accusing me of asking for money ( I did not) to repair this amp which he says is not faulty. He offered a refund which I thought at the time to be the best solution. Now he has libelled both eBay & myself when he cannot get his own way. The feedback I left for him was truthful, accurate & polite unlike his correspondence with me.
