Excellent member to deal with. The item was in a custom box and packed like it came from the factory. Fast shipping and a pleasure to deal with.

I received what I thought was a metal "chickened" guitar knob. The extremely vague description does not say it is metal, chrome or nickel only "silver". I did not take "silver" to mean the seller took a two dollar black plastic knob, painted it silver, and sold it for over twenty dollars. When I received it, it looked a little dull, so I tried to polish it with some metal polish. The paint came off. I contacted the seller, and their response was "you ruined the finish" no refund. Dishonest !!!

The buyer scrubbed the chrome off of the vintage Daka-Ware knob using metal polishing compound then complained it was junk and demanded a refund.
