They advertised an 18" Bodhram. That's what I paid for. I was shipped a 12" Bodhram. When I went back to the listing Ebay said the listing had changed. It is now showing a 12" Bodhram. I contacted the vendor and sent the photos they asked for. I asked for the difference in price from what they advertised between the two sizes. This vendor said EBay was responsible for the wrong information and I had to take it up with them. This vendor was not very helpful.

    Not fit for purpose

    I spent an afternoon getting the screws out of the saddles to free the base damaging in the process most of the screws.The saddles are unuseable. I emailed Kluson about the problem as this could impact on their reputation but have not had a reply from them. I have had to purchase and fit some other saddles and screws (I could not find any in gold) to the Kluson bridge base.

    Details matter

    Good hard tail bridge. Authentic with one exception. Why are the individual saddle springs black? Springs should be gold. That is how a Mary Kay is produced. It's a small detail but it spoils the look of the bridge and necessitates going out and spending again for six gold springs, then adds time to installation.

    Great hardtail bridge

    This is hands down the best Fender-style hardtail bridge I've ever used, everything is top notch : The gold plating, the thickness of the plate, the super tight screws and springs ( no sideways movements ) and the tone it gives...On top of it all the price was really low, I'll use more Kluson hardware in the future :)
