100% as advertised, never a better Ebay transaction especially for a $300 item which I was initially leery about. Seller was smooth, transaction was seamless and product arrived well packaged- absolutely without flaw - sealed brand new. Will not hesitated to shop with EZ Pawn Corp again. Thank you!

Great little bridge, has vintage mount spacing.

This is a great vintage bridge, probably my favorite at this price range (even better than a lot of higher priced bridges). Something important to note, this bridge has vintage spacing for the mounting screws as well as wider spacing on the saddles than most modern Strats (including most imports & Squiers). If you're shopping for bridges for a vintage style body with either 2-7/32" or 2-3/16" spacing (those two measurements seem to be used interchangeably for some reason), then this is for you. Otherwise it won't fit and you'll have serious mount alignment issues even if you do manage to rig it up somehow. Like I said, this goes for most modern Fender Strats, Squires and import strats which mostly have 2 1/16" mount spacing (unless it's a "vintage" model, which might have the wider ...

Nice but not usable as is.

It would be five stars if Fender (Or whoever is producing these for Fender) hadn't decided to change the intonation springs to some that are too short, with fewer winds and don't work. When the guitar is intonated with the short springs installed they are loose and rattle. I had to replace mine with the correct ones. This is not cool or acceptable for a brand new "original" part. It might not happen with all Strats but I checked mine (5) and it would be a problem on all of them. On some yes, the short springs would work on the 5th and 6th strings but that's it. All so Fender can save some tiny fraction of a penny on each.

  • Great unit for the money --- recommended (if you take my advice) :)

A good project / replacement unit, but don't plan on giving it a "RITCHIE BLACKMORE WORKOUT" or it will strip out fast. The threading is weak, but if used in moderation and not manhandled, it will get the job done without any problems. Also, if you want to install it on a thinner guitar body, like a 1- 1/2 thick Squier body, the block hacksaws off easily. (If you do this, I recommend not cutting more than a 1/4" off or the bottom-side of the trem springs will hit the wood inside the cavity, interrupting tremolo performance). I know... I do this alot.

  • Heavy, nice!!!

Won’t fit my version but it’s my fault. That said buy it if it fits! It weighs triple what my stock bridge comes in at.

  • 1982 Dan Smith Stratocaster

Fits perfectly on my 1982 Dan Smith Stratocaster. Sounds way more better than the old MAZAK bridge. Now I can adjust the intonation in perfect pitch also.
