A value to some, and to some, not so much.
The Floyd Rose Rail Tail tremolo system is a well built, great looking, quality piece of kit. Personally, I don’t use a tremolo a lot anyway, so that fact that the arm can only dive really doesn’t bother me too much. But others will not like the fact that you can’t pull that arm up in the air to scratch their forehead with it. Those folks are not going to appreciate this tremolo system as I do. And so when you ask, “is this a good value?”, you have to put it into context. And just what does “good value” mean? That depends on who you ask. I will say that this Floyd Rose tremolo is not cheap, but what Floyd Rose tremolo system is? You have to pay for quality and that is what I see when I look at this tremolo. It’s a beautiful looking system, quality thru and thru, that is as smooth as silk, ... The Floyd Rose Rail Tail tremolo system is a well built, great looking, quality piece of kit.
